Comcast 2Q07 VoIP update

• Added 671,000 VoIP subscribers during the quarter and surpassed 3 million VoIP subscribers

• During the six months ended June 30, 2007, the company added approximately 1.2 million VoIP subscribers.

• 3 million represents 8% penetration of the total Comcast addressable market

• VoIP service now marketed to 38 million homes representing 79% of Comcast's footprint

• Total number of phone customers (which includes circuit switched accounts): 3.5 million

• Comcast is now the largest VoIP service provider in the US

• 12.4 million high-speed Internet subscribers and 24.1 million video subscribers as at the end June 2007

• Number of subscribers to circuit-switched phone service expected to decrease as the company marketing efforts are now focused on VoIP services
