Time Warner Cable 2Q07 VoIP update

• VoIP subscribers: 2.335 million, up from 1.35 million at the end of 2Q06

• The company continues to roll out SME VoIP. No numbers for SME VoIP, but TWC had approximately 263,000 business high-speed data subscribers as of June 30, 2007

• Systems acquired through Adelphia and Comcast transactions being upgraded to high-speed Internet and VoIP. Integration/upgradation effort ‘significant’ and expected to be completed by end 2007. VoIP being rolled out into upgraded systems.

• Older acquired systems in Los Angeles and Dallas (which serve about 1.9 million or 50% of acquired subscribers) will require more time and resources. Effectively these subscribers will be without VoIP service for quite some time

• TWC continues to provide circuit-switched services to some of the acquired subscribers. There are 75,000 of them in total.

• As of end 2Q07, TWC had approximately 7.2 million residential high-speed data subscribers.
