• Voice revenues of $292 million during 2Q07

• VoIP revenues in the range of $100 million to $120 million. VoIP revenue generated from domestic and international voice termination services, and VoIP local inbound, enhanced local and toll free services

• Revenue includes $6 million reciprocal compensation

• Increase in voice revenue due to acquisition of voice customers through TelCove, WilTel, ICG, and Broadwing

• Broadwing and WilTel voice traffic predominantly TDM

• Estimated VoIP traffic handled during 2Q07: 4.5 billion minutes
