Acme Packet 4Q07 Update

• Revenues $31.4 million, up 32% y-o-y and 6% q-o-q

• Geographic split: 45% North America, 55% Rest. Direct 31%, Indirect 69%

• Three channel partners, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson and Nokia Siemens Networks, were 10%+ customers in the quarter and represented 46% of the company’s quarterly total revenue

• Quarterly net income (non-GAAP) was $6.5 million or $.10 per share

• Added nearly 30 new customers in the quarter and Net-Net SBCs are now deployed by approximately 500 service provider, enterprise and contact center customers in 85 countries

• The company has 39 customers that have bought more than $1m worth SBCs from it so far

• Acme Packet ended the period with $136.4 million in cash and cash equivalents and no debt

• Acme Packet expects 2008 revenues to range between $142 million and $147 million
