Rogers 2Q08 VoIP Update

• 745k subscriber lines.
• Net additions were 41k for the quarter, of which approximately 13,000 were migrations from the circuit-switched platform.
• Cable’s Internet subscriber base at the end of the quarter was 1.5m.
