Following the acquisition of Lucent, and Nortel unlikely to emerge through bankruptcy in one piece, there is a telecom vendor vacuum in North America. I think the company has a good chance filling the vendor vacuum. I discussed these and other related issues with Huawei’s Ron Raffensperger recently at their Analyst conference in Shenzhen.
